Future Rights APS is a non-profit organisation for the social promotion, registered in Italy, operating in full compliance with the legal and regulatory frameworks governing non-profit entities in the country. Our structure is designed to be flexible, transparent, and collaborative and is overseen by a Board of Directors, responsible for ensuring that the organisation adheres to all legal, financial, and operational regulations in Italy. The Board plays a key role in upholding transparency, ethical practices, and organisational integrity.

-
Advisory Group: The core strategic direction of Future Rights is shaped by its lead and founder, in collaboration with the advisory group. This group provides expertise, insights, and strategic guidance, ensuring that the organisation remains aligned with its mission to empower child- and youth-led initiatives.

Allies Network: Future Rights benefits from the support of a global network of allies, including practitioners, grassroots leaders, and advocates who contribute to operations, outreach, and programmatic support.
-

At this stage, all allies, advisory group members, and ad hoc collaborators contribute because driven by the belief that change starts with people willing to make a difference. As we grow, collaborators may transition into allies, and allies into advisory members, based on deeper engagement and shared vision.

The humanitarian and human rights landscape is constantly evolving, especially in times of crisis. Now more than ever, we believe in solidarity—in people coming together to explore, engage, and co-create something meaningful. Future Rights is about passion, commitment, and collective action, not just professional titles.

With Master’s degrees in Human Rights and Conflict Management, as well as in Behavioural Ecology as part of her Biology studies, Zeudi has started her career looking into water resource management through human rights based approach and conflict management in rural areas in Nepal, and since then she has devoted her career to amplifying the voices and defending the rights of young people across various regions, including the Middle East, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, the Balkans, and Nepal, and more recently, in European contexts.
Her work ranges from grassroots initiatives to policy advisory roles, offering strategic guidance and capacity building to national authorities, NGOs, and UN agencies. Fluent in English, a native speaker of Italian, and proficient in French, she combines expertise in evidence-based research, programme management, and strategy design.
Zeudi is dedicated in bridging gaps between institutions, humanitarian organisations, and civil society actors, transforming research and practical experience into informed programmes, policies, and advocacy efforts.
Of half Chinese Malaysian and half Italian heritage, she embraces cultural diversity and creativity. She is passionate about the visual arts, writing, crafting homemade natural remedies with flowers and herbs, as well as climbing and practising yoga.
"When I felt deeply frustrated by the limitations and gaps in the humanitarian and development system, the voices and experiences of the most vulnerable made me realise the vast scope for effective action. I felt the urgent need to introduce new perspectives, amplify unheard voices, and challenge existing systems with fresh approaches, aiming to contribute to a broader, alternative solution.
I firmly believe that to protect the most vulnerable and marginalised children and youth, especially those living in crises, we need innovative, evidence-based strategies that prioritise their active leadership, participation, and collaboration. Without engaging children and marginalised groups as leaders in crafting solutions, our efforts will remain incomplete."
